The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to rescue dogs out of kill shelters so that the animal may find a permanent home. Furthermore, Remington's Paw Rescue will donate trained service animals to veterans, first responders, and victims of human trafficking.
Remington is the first dog that was rescued by Liliana Bratton. Remington is a standard poodle that was kept by a hoarder who claimed to have a rescue. Upon first sight of him, Liliana knew she had to take him home to give him a better life. Remington is doing well, and we could not have asked for a better dog than him.
As a rescue, we plan to rescue dogs from kill shelters so that Remington's Paw Rescue can find them a forever home. In the future, we plan to build a kennel on-site so that we can rescue a more significant number of dogs from euthanasia shelters. Dogs that are in these kill shelters do not deserve to be put down just because a human failed them. I was once told that God gave humans dominion over dogs, so it is humanity's responsibility to take care of them, so we plan to honor that by finding good homes for misfortunate dogs.
